Nimax Desk, customer support software where everyone sees the deadline
A portal for your clients, a workspace for your team, and a response commitment visible on both sides. In Arabic and French, hosted by you or by us.
Who it is for
Nimax Desk is for teams that receive requests from clients or colleagues and need to prove they answer on time.
IT service providers and software vendors
Who need to show their clients that contract response times are met, request by request.
Clinics and healthcare facilities
Whose technical and IT departments get requests from every department, by phone, on WhatsApp and in the hallways.
Industrial and logistics SMEs
That track complaints, after-sales service and internal requests, and want to know what has been waiting too long.
How a request moves
A request goes through three screens. At every moment, everyone knows who needs to act and how much time is left.
- 01
The client writes on the portal
They pick a topic, attach a screenshot or a document, and get a tracking number.
- 02
The team handles it in the desk
The request lands in the right queue with its deadline. It is assigned, discussed internally and escalated if needed.
- 03
The client gets the reply
By email and on the portal, in their language. They can reply, reopen the request or confirm it is resolved.
Measured response times, visible to the client
You set commitments by contract, priority or request type, for first response time and resolution time, in business hours.
- The ring shows the time left. It turns orange as the deadline approaches and red once it has passed.
- When the request is waiting on the client, the clock stops.
- The client sees the same deadline as your team. They do not need to call to find out where their request stands.
- 82% of time leftOn time
- 41 min until dueAt risk
- +12 min overdueOverdue
Team chat attached to requests
Discuss a request without leaving it. Internal messages are never visible to the client, and everything stays attached to the case.
- Conversations by team and by request
- Mentions to bring in a colleague
- A history kept with the request, useful to whoever picks up the case
Arabic treated as a first-class language
The interface runs right to left in Arabic and left to right in French. Each user chooses their language, and both can appear in the same conversation.
- A fully mirrored layout, not a translation laid over an interface designed for French
- Notifications and reply templates in both languages
- Arabic type that reads well on screen, IBM Plex Sans Arabic
Security and hosting
Your requests contain information about your clients. They stay on infrastructure you know.
Self-hosted
Installed on your servers or on the infrastructure we operate in Algeria. You know where your data is and who can access it.
Access protected by Cloudflare Access
The team workspace is not publicly exposed. Every connection is verified before it even reaches the application.
Tested backups
Daily, encrypted, stored away from the main server, with a test restore every month.
